RAMADAN IFTAR PACKETS COSTING RS:50/EACH (URGENTLY REQUIRED)
Dear All,
I am forwarding this email to the office of the "Renewable Energy Society of Pakistan" (Research) from the land of great Sufi Scholar of Subcontinent Hazrat Khwaja Sulman (Pir Pathan) i.e. Tehsil Taunsa Shaif of District Dera Ghazi Khan in Southern Punjab. This place is also known as Mini Greek (Unan) of Pakistan due to its high literacy rate.
It is our second visit in the area since history worst flood strike the area causing high no of human and capital loss and displacing more than fifteen million humans. We started our journey from Mianwali, Layyah, Jampur, Rajanpur, Dera Ghazi Khan and we have to move onward to Vehoa, Nutkani, and adjacent areas to monitor the Relief Efforts of Renewable Energy Society of Pakistan (Research) in these areas before proceeding to Mithan Kot and Rahim Yar Khan Areas.
Ramadan is the month of blessings and pleasure for entire Muslim Ummah but unfortunately this month of Ramadan is not such memorable for the people of flood affected areas as the relief activities has notable down fall with the start of Ramadan due to multiple reasons. Research Relief Teams have found hundreds of such families living without any external help and fasting without any food.
Renewable Energy Society of Pakistan" (Research) was the first organization to arrange Sehri and Iftar for flood affected families and delivered as many as possible food supplements in this regard. Research delivered iftar packets to flood affected IDPs contain;
Juice (one packet each)
Biscuit (one tikki pack each)
Channa (100 grams each pack)
Khajoor (04 per pack)
Sweet Darchini (04/pack)
Each Iftar Packet cost rupees 50 (excluding operational and Sehri cost which is managed by Society own generated funds) and this program is entirely sponsored by Research members with the help of generous individuals and companies few of them are;
Muhammad Ashraf Gondal from Chakwal
Ch:Muhammad Akram Khan from Islamabad
Malik Gul Akhtar from Riaz K.S.A
Nai Umeed D.G.Khan
Rana Muhammad Nasir U.K
SPRDO Int.
I.D.S.P Layyah
T.I.P.U Foundation
Beside all these contributions our field teams are still finding it difficult to continue this Program for the entire month of Holly Ramadan due to high volume of needy IDPs.
Renewable Energy Society of Pakistan (Research) in this regard invites all generous individuals, groups and companies to come forward for needy community in the holy month of Ramadan
We are looking forward to hear from you and interested may please contact,

First Cadaveric Kidney Transplant at Pakistan Kidney Institute/Shifa International Hospital Islamabad
Dear All
AOA
It is my pleasure to share with you that we did our first Cadaveric transplant through our non profit charity organization (which is supported by many of you), Pakistan Kidney Institute at Shifa International Hospital recently. This is the first cadaveric transplant in Pakistan since the passage of 2009 Transplant bill and 4th Transplant ever from Cadaveric kidneys donated in Pakistan. A 21 year old male was admitted to our ICU with massive brain injury and sustained brain death. By the great act of kidness and generosity, his parents decided to donate his kidneys. We transplanted one at our place in a very poor young lady with CRF and sent other to SIUT for better utilization. Both the kidneys were transplanted successfully. I am thankfull to Allah Subhanao wa Taala for giving us this oppurtunity and becoming a part of the history of transplant surgery in Pakistan.
